 white cloudy tank water!?

ok, I recently had to recycle my tank due to killing off my bio filter by medicating my tank. well I've learned my lesson and now have a hospital tank. My tank has recycled. inhabitants that survived one tomato clown (4 inches), 4 striped damsel, convict tang. I have a 75 gal tank and now have a new sump (old one broke about the same time as killing the bio filter) the sump is a CPR 192cy with built in protein skimmer. im running a rio +2100 submerssible pump with powerhead (692gph) and a maxi jet 1200 pwerhead(192gph). My levels are running ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0 ph is 8.4 calcium is 430. Heres the issue my water is not crystal clear. it has the look of white hazy. what is the problem and how can I fix it?

Be sure to run your skimmer and filters. Since your water tests ok, the problem may be coming from re-doing your tank. Just wait and see if it clears up.
